In addition, Leap brokered many hundreds of synch deals for clients including Unilever, Diageo, Vodafone, Levi’s, Britvic & Audi.
In 2010, Richard left Leap to establish Resilient.
Outside Resilient, Richard plays keyboards in two bands, composes music for various production library music catalogues and records emerging artists in his own studio.
